Kristen Kaleal has quickly become the voice of fashion for today's real woman. In the time that she has been sharing her expertise, Kristen has created a devoted and loyal following. The lighthearted yet knowledgeable approach Kristen applies to all of her writing, speaking, and work with clients is both educational and entertaining. Her distinctive vibrant style, self-deprecating humor and lighthearted ways have helped today’s men and women learn how to develop an image that is as unique as they are.

Trained by both a Hollywood wardrobe consultant and one of the seven Certified Image Masters in the world, Kristen is the founder and president of kristen kaleal image design, a Cleveland, Ohio-based consulting company. She presents seminars and programs to financial institutions, major corporations, universities, and women's organizations on the topics of professional image and style. Kristen also writes a column for ClevelandWomen.com and is a contributing writer for Professional Diva.com and Jobpostings Magazine. She has been featured in the Plain Dealer, Inside Business magazine, CoolCleveland.com, and Northern Ohio Live.

Wendy Fitos is a professional makeup artist and esthetician. Born and raised in Cleveland, she started enjoying the art of makeup at age twelve and realized that succeeding in the beauty industry was her ultimate goal. She began working professionally in the industry at age 18 while attending college.

She worked as an Estée Lauder beauty advisor and a buyer for a major department store chain and was selected to attend the exclusive Estée Lauder development program at Vassar College

After almost 12 years in the retail cosmetics world, Wendy returned to her true passion – educating people to use makeup and skincare to enhance their natural beauty.

She regularly attends makeup seminars in Toronto, Chicago, New York, and Los Angeles and helps people with skin conditions such as acne, rosacea, and birthmarks by teaching them how to use corrective makeup. She also covers burns and scars and wanted to be able to educate people so they could be able to do the same at home.

She one of only a handful of professionals in the United States to work with the Cover Fx cosmetics line, which Wendy considers her greatest tool in creating flawless faces.
